Students who have financial difficulties and are unable to settle the tuition fees during the registration period may apply for tuition deferment or installments before the payment deadline.
Application Period
11 December 2023 to 5 January 2024, before 6PM (excluding Saturday, Sunday and University holidays: 23 December 2023 to 1 January 2024). Late applications will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and an administration fee of HK$200 will be charged for late application.

Applicants should submit their applications and attend interviews at the OSA according to the type of application.
