The Li Kwan Hung Education Fund (李鈞洪教育基金) aims to assist students with disabilities who have financial difficulties to study with their able-bodied counterparts in local educational institutes at various levels.
Eligibility Criteria
Full-time local students with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, special educational needs (SENs) (including autism / attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder / dyslexic), chronic illness, visual impairment or hearing impairment; and studying with their able-bodied counterparts in local educational, technical or vocational training institutes at primary, secondary, post-secondary, university or post-graduate level (please refer to Guidelines and application form for details)
Application Procedures
The completed application form must be sent to Hong Kong PHAB Association (Unit 1402, 21 Pak Fuk Road, North Point, Hong Kong) on or before 15 October 2026. Late applications will not be considered.
