第五十一屆畢業典禮將於12月2- 3日舉行，現邀請同學擔任學生助理，於當日協助活動進行，接待嘉賓，為來賓及畢業生解答問題，活動詳情如下:
The 51st Graduation Ceremony will be held on 2 -3 December. We are now inviting you to join this remarkable event as Student Helpers. You will be assisting us with the event, receiving guests and answering inquiries, the event details are as follows:
Date： 2 – 3 Dec 2025 (Tue – Wed)
Time： 9:00am – 5:30pm
(同學可自由選擇擔任一日或多日的學生助理，唯必須出席全日畢業典禮。)
(You can apply as helper for any of the stated day(s), but should be available for the whole day)

由於畢業典禮工作較多，本處將為同學提供訓練日，講解工作分配及注意事項，詳情如下︰
As the job duties of the graduation ceremony involved multiple and complex procedure, OSA will provide training to selected student helpers to provide information about work assignments and precautions, details are as follows:
Date: 24 Nov (in Cantonese) /
25 Nov (in Mandarin)
(同學只需選擇出席其中一天 Please choose either one day)
Time: 2:30pm – 4:00pm
Venue: Rm H302, Residential and Amenities Complex
為嘉許同學的積極參與，本處將在學生檔案中記錄是次服務，並發放津貼，以茲鼓勵。
To acknowledge students’ active participation, the OSA will record the service in the student’s profile and provide allowance to helpers.
