學生事務處輔導組現正舉辦「精神健康體驗館」參觀活動。
參加者將參與三小時的導賞參觀，探索五個不同展區，並參與各種活動，其中包括病徵體驗室（Symptom Experience Rooms）和真人圖書館（Lived Library）。本次參觀旨在提升同學對精神疾病的理解、提高對自身身心健康的覺察及減低對社會上精神病患者的污名。

The OSA Counselling Section is organizing the Mindspace Visit.
Participants will enjoy three-hour guided visit at Mind Space, exploring five different pavilions and participating in various activities, including Symptom Experience Rooms and Lived Library. This visit aims to enhance students’ understanding of mental illness, increase awareness of own wellbeing and reduce stigma against people with mental illness in society.

Assembly and Dismissal Point: Rear Gate of Castle Peak Hospital, Sun Fuk Road
Transport: participants are required to make their own way to Mind Space. Upon completion of the visit, they will be dismissed directly from Mind Space. Transport information, including a location map and public transportation options will be sent to participants afterwards.
