香港未來人才深造獎學金計劃
The Government introduces the Hong Kong Future Talents Scholarship Scheme for Advanced Studies (FTSS) to attract local students to pursue advanced studies in priority areas conducive to the development of Hong Kong and expand the pool of high-calibre talents for various domains, while further promoting the development of our city into an international hub for post-secondary education. The Education Bureau has allocated 61 scholarship places to HKSYU cohort in 2025/26 academic year.
Amount of Scholarship
- The maximum amount of scholarship will be HK$100,000 per eligible student for the entire programme, regardless of the programme duration and mode of study.
- If the net tuition fee payable for the programme (after deducting scholarship or subsidies for the purpose of offsetting tuition fee) is less than HK$100,000, the scholarship amount will be adjusted downwards accordingly.
Eligibility
Local students admitted to the following taught postgraduate programmes in 2025/26:
- Master of Science in Game Development and Management
- Master of Social Work
- Master of Social Sciences in Play Therapy
- Master of Social Sciences in Counselling Psychology
- Master of Social Sciences in Adversity and Trauma Psychology
- Master of Social Sciences in Psychology
Application Period
- September 2025 Intake: Mid-January to early February 2026
- January 2026 Intake: June 2026
