- Recognize outstanding academic achievements and performance of ethnic minority students enrolled in universities or other higher education institutions.
- Merit-based and financial need-based ($15,000)
- Chinese Performance Scholarship
- Designed specifically for ethnic minority students who have demonstrated talent and proficiency in the Chinese Language
- Scholarship amount: $2,000 to $6,000
