14 July 2025 (4:30pm – 7:30pm) Admission Requirement: Swim 200 meters in 5 minutes and tread water for 3 minutes (Only those who pass the water test can participate in the Phase 1 training) |

Bronze Medallion: 36 hours (26 hours pool training and 10 hours land training, 2 – 4 hours per class) Certificate in First Aid and AED: 27 hours (3 – 4 hours per class) |

After passing the water test, participants are required to pay a deposit of HK$200. Deposit is refundable upon the participant completing the Phase 1 Programme and examination |
