To enrich the campus life for students, student organization are encouraged to organize different activities, the subsidy is open for all registered student organization under HKSYU.

Application Procedures
- Completed online application form with all necessary supporting documents should be submitted to OSA before the deadline.
- The application result will be released within one month after the deadline.
- Report, financial statement with original receipts of income and expenditure must be submitted within 1 month upon completion of the project.
- Subsidy will be released by cheque.
Guideline for students under age of 18
- To join the membership and activities held by student organizations, students who are aged
under 18 are required to have their parents/legal guardians signed and returned a “consent
letter” to the student organization. - Forbidden to join activities with alcoholic drinks
- Being the signatories of student organization
