Study Abroad Scheme
Hong Kong Shue Yan University is committed to providing students with diversified curriculum development and a rich campus life. Having a global outlook is one of the important attributes which HKSYU anticipates from its graduates. The International Unit (IU) was established in 2015 aiming to create opportunities for students to study abroad for a semester or two and at the same time, to help internationalizing HKSYU.
IU actively develop partnership with universities around the world. Currently, we have agreements with 75 universities in more than 30 countries and regions including: University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia, McGill University in Canada, Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand, National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, Peking University and Fudan University in Mainland China.
Internship Courses
Industrial Attachment Office (IAO) was established in 2018 to serve and support all HKSYU undergraduate students with the provision of industrial attachments for placements, internships, practicums, service learning, enterprise learning, and related working training that are discipline-specific and credit-bearing as part of all undergraduate programmes.
