如未能在限期內繳費，有關名額將被取消。

Enrollment
Click “Enroll Now” button to enroll and made payment by:
1) The “Octopus App” or
2) Paid in Person: Visit OSA (Rm 402, 4/F, Residential & Amenities Complex) in person and pay the course fees by Octopus card between 6-17/1/2025
If payment is not made by the deadline, your registration will be canceled.

課程條款
根據個人資料（私隱）條例，此表格所收集的個人資料只會用於是次活動及有關用途。
參加者須達100%出席率方可獲退回按金。
如報名人數不足，上述課堂將會取消，校方將於截止報名後一個月內退回按金。
八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號或黑色暴雨警告於中午十二時或以後仍然生效，工作坊將會取消並安排延期補辦。
除以上原因，一切已繳費用概不發還。
校方有權拍攝或錄影學員上課情況以作日後宣傳及記錄之用。
Terms & Conditions
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all personal data provided in this form will only be used for this application and related purposes.
Refund upon completing 100% of the whole course.
The University reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of applicants is below the requisite minimum. The deposit will be refunded after the deadline.
All workshops will be suspended and rescheduled if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory after 12:00 noon.
Except in the above circumstances, fees paid are non-refundable.
The University reserves the right to take photos during classes and use them for course promotion without prior consent from the individuals in the photos.
